At Carry Trader, our goal is to provide clear, practical, and rule-based trading education. We believe our Basic Course gives every student the foundation needed to understand the market confidently.

For this reason, we offer a conditional Money-Back Guarantee, but only for the Basic Course and only under verified conditions.

✔ 1. Eligibility for Money-Back Guarantee

The Money-Back Guarantee applies only to students enrolled in the Basic Course.

The following conditions must be fully met:

A. Student must complete the entire Basic Course.

(Online or Offline classes)

B. Student must follow the rules and process exactly as instructed.

This includes:

• Completing all lessons
• Following the step-by-step process
• Practicing as instructed
• Avoiding risky behaviors or shortcuts
• Completing provided assignments (if any)

C. Student must demonstrate proof.

Examples of acceptable proof include:

• Notes
• Practice charts
• Homework/assignments
• Reports of following given rules
• Evidence showing they applied the taught process

If there is no proper proof, the guarantee does not apply.

✔ 2. Validity Period

To claim the Money-Back Guarantee:

• The student must contact the Carry Trader support team
• Within 1 month (30 days) after course completion

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

✔ 3. What We Consider as “Results”

In this context, “results” refer to:

• Gaining clear understanding of basic concepts
• Ability to follow a structured trading process
• Improved clarity in chart reading, setups, risk rules, and discipline

Guarantee does NOT cover:

• Earning profits
• Personal trading decisions
• Trading losses
• Emotional mistakes
• Misuse of knowledge
• Using other strategies or mixing outside concepts

Our guarantee is about education, not trading income or performance.

✔ 4. When Refund Is Provided

A refund will be approved when:

• The student proves they followed the process correctly
• Completed all course requirements
• Yet did not achieve the expected educational understanding
• And contacted us within 1 month of course completion

Once verified, Carry Trader will issue a full refund for the Basic Course fee.

❌ 5. When Refund Is NOT Provided

Refund will NOT be given if:

• You enrolled in Advanced Option Mastery or Algo Add-On
• You did not complete the Basic Course
• You did not follow the rules
• You didn’t provide proof
• You mixed outside strategies
• You asked after 1 month
• You left the course midway
• You were irregular in attendance
• You expected profit guarantees
