We do not provide stock tips, signals, buy/sell calls, or financial advisory services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Enrolling in any course
• Making a payment
• Attending classes
• Receiving educational material

You automatically accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with payment.

3. Courses Covered

• Advanced Option Mastery
• Algo Add-On

4. Educational Purpose Only

Carry Trader is not SEBI registered.

All content is for educational and training purposes only.

We do not guarantee profits, accuracy, or trading performance.

Students trade at their own risk and responsibility.

5. No Financial Advice

Carry Trader does not:

• Provide buy/sell recommendations
• Offer trading calls or tips
• Manage funds
• Guarantee market results

All examples shown during class are for education only.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full before starting the course.
• Payment methods include UPI, Cash, Bank Transfer, Online Payment, or any other method notified by our team.
• After payment, your seat is confirmed and cannot be transferred to another person.

7. Refund Policy

Carry Trader follows a strict No Refund Policy for all courses except the Basic Course under specific Money-Back Guarantee conditions.

Refund NOT available for:

• Advanced Option Mastery
• Algo Add-On
• Students who leave the course midway
• Students who do not attend classes
• Cases of “change of mind” or personal reasons
• Requests after the allowed 1-month window

8. Money-Back Guarantee (Only for Basic Course)

Refund is only possible if:

• Student fully completes the Basic Course
• Follows all rules exactly
• Provides valid proof of following the process
• Contacts within 1 month after course completion

There are no exceptions beyond the conditions mentioned.

9. Course Material & Intellectual Property

All material provided in:

• PDFs
• Videos
• Notes
• Strategies
• Examples
• Tools
• Recordings
• Worksheets

is the exclusive property of Carry Trader.

You cannot share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or publish the content without written permission.

Legal action may be taken in case of violations.

10. Class Attendance & Discipline

Students are expected to:

• Attend all sessions on time
• Follow instructions and rules
• Maintain discipline in offline classes
• Avoid disrupting the learning environment

Misconduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

11. Technology Requirements

For online classes, students must have:

• A stable internet connection
• A laptop or mobile device
• Updated software/tools required for the training

Technical issues on the student’s side are not our responsibility.

12. Limitation of Liability

Carry Trader is not responsible for:

• Trading losses
• Financial decisions made by students
• Market risk
• Technical errors
• Personal misunderstandings
• Loss of data or devices
• Internet issues during online sessions

Students trade at their own risk.

13. Privacy & Data Usage

By joining, you agree that we may collect and use your data such as:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email
• City
• Payment information

We may use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for improving user experience.

We do not sell personal data to any third party.
